Terms Of Service

MUST READ BEFORE FURTHER CONTACT!

* I will not make mursuits.

* I will not make a head or body suit for sports. 

* I hold the right to refuse and cancel any commissions under any circumstances. I will almost never cancel, but I retain the power to do so.

* If you are reselling an item, list that I made it in the description or title. 

* Please have a CLEAR ref sheet when commissioning me! A back view is needed.

* If you have any issues with the item, please contact me so we can work it out. 

* All communication is through DMs on Instagram or Discord. 

* All payment is through PayPal business and services.

* If you are under 18, I will need to get on a video call with you and your parent/guardian.  Your parent/guardian will have to show me their face and id.

* 30% of the money upfront is required before starting. I accept payment via PayPal only.

* You have 3 days after sending the upfront money to cancel. No refunds for any circumstances after 3 days. 

* I will send WIP at every step. If you see something you want me to change, tell me right away.

* I mainly use luxury shag for suits and will use other types of faux furs when requested. 

* I use fleece for plushies and props.

* All heads besides Dino masks have removable fans unless you say otherwise.  

* Cats are in my work space, so if you have an allergy to them please don’t order. I can work with any other allergies. 

* If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please tell me so I can be extra careful when making the suit and when selecting your goodies. 

* If I am on vacation or super busy I will tell you, as your order will take longer to complete. 

* Every item will take different times to make.

* If you have any deadlines please let me know. I will inform you if I can reasonably meet them.

* You will have to pay for shipping, along with any customs fees if you live out of the USA.  

* If you want a specific kind of shipping, tell me so we can work it out.

* I am not responsible for lost/stolen packages, as once it’s out of my hands I can’t do anything. Let me know if you'd like to get shipping insurance.
